It's a three day weekend!! And there are only 2 weeks of school left!! It's gone by fast, even in this crazy time we are having.
Here are a couple of ideas for you to try this weekend if you need things to do.
Print a copy of this picture or take a screenshot with your phone and go on an adventure in your neighborhood and look for these items!
These next couple of pictures are a TABATA workout! You do each exercise for 20 seconds, then take a 10 second rest. Each picture has 6 Tabatas on it. I downloaded a free Tabata Timer app on my phone which beeps at me for each section. It makes it nice so I don't have to stare at the stopwatch.
