Happy Star Wars Day friends! (It's May the 4th, get it?)
I hope you have all been spending time outside and getting LOTS of exercise! If you need ideas, check here and look at the posts since we have been at home for fun ideas to do!
This week, I want you to try this AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible). Look at the picture and do ALL the exercises on there, that's 1 round. How many Rounds can you do in 5 minutes? Or 10 minutes if you really want a challenge? Do the same exercises again another day. Did you do more rounds this time, or less? Try exercises from both pictures. Did you have one you liked better?
