• Musical Theater Class Syllabus/Info.

    For the 2022-2023 year, there will be a musical theater class offered 2nd semester (on a B day-Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). There will be some open seats available after that for students in general.  Email or call me if you have questions.  More info will be coming as we get closer to 2nd semester. 

    This is a class for any student interested in learning the in’s and out’s of one of America’s original art forms (musical theater).   Students will be spending a large chunk of the 1st half of this class working on acting/drama skills.  Students will learn the history of musicals, work on singing in a Broadway style and and work on basic acting skills.   Projects will be focus on acting, improvising, staging, choreographing, singing, lighting, and costumes from a show.  Students do lots of small performances  in class and will probably tied to the spring play.
