Per Board Policy 1312, individual Board Members do not have the authority to resolve complaints. The Board encourages complainants to resolve their problems early and informally whenever possible.

Issues or complaints involving a school should first be directed to the principal. If the problem remains unresolved, residents can submit a written formal complaint using this form.
