Google Takeout
Graduating seniors leaving the District will no longer have access to their MSBSD Google Drives sixty days after graduation.
Google Takeout is a data retrieval platform that allows users to import and export data from a number of Google products. Simply put, Google Takeout takes all your existing Google data and compiles it into one file, which can be downloaded later. Please encourage seniors to take advantage of this service. Google Workspace
Google Workspace for Education is a collection of free online applications synchronized and flowing through Google Classroom and existing course materials.
Applications do not reside on the computers at school but are accessed through a web browser anywhere a student or teacher has an internet connection, allowing flexibility and personal choice for students to complete work anywhere, anytime they choose. MSBSD Google Apps and Permissions by grade level are listed below (Internal Only Sharing means only shared with other staff and students at MSBSD.)
