This course is designed to familiarize students with the network information needed to manage a computer system. It will offer student training in the field of network administration. It is a precursor to the Network + certification offered in industry. This class will cover Novell, Microsoft, UNIX and CISCO information. Other topics to be addressed are network connectivity, LAN/WAN configuration, documentation preparation, network topology, protocol addressing, security, employability, and career awareness.**********

- The very first thing that should be in your notebook, is your notebook grade sheet.
- Right after your notebook grade sheet, you should have your class calendar.
- Then your tabbed sections begin. The tabbed sections that are required in your notebook are:1) Daily Work/Worksheets/Labs (all of your completed anticipation guides, graded lab study guides, worksheets and labs go in this section)
2) Misc. (everything else goes in this section)Being organized with your assignments is a very important employability skill. When an assignment is returned, be sure to put it in the proper section of your notebook.**********
