    ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

    ALL PHYSICALS ARE GOOD FOR 18

                       MONTHS

     

    Things you need to do before your student can participate in sport:

     

    1. Have all your paperwork completed  PlanetHS.com.

    2. Make sure your student has a sports physical completed before participating.

    3. Pay for the sports fee under the Athletics tab and click MSBSD Athletic Fees.
