Degrees and Certifications:

Sheila Supina

I was born and raised in Oregon, but moved to Alaska 22 years ago. I raised my children here in the Mat-Su Valley. I love being a grandma to four amazing grandchildren. I moved back to Oregon briefly, but my heart always brings me back to Alaska. I live with my husband and our two furry kids. My hobbies include photography, camping, hiking, fishing, and fat biking. I also like to create jewelry during my spare time with sea glass I find on the beaches of Nome. I thoroughly enjoy the Alaskan outdoors and all it has to offer.

In 1999, I began working with the school district as a Special Education paraprofessional. I enrolled in University of Anchorage Alaska Disability Services program with an emphasis in Speech and Language. In 2015, I completed my clinical hours and became a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant. I currently work at Tanaina Elementary, Cottonwood Creek Elementary, and Larson Elementary.
