Mrs. Hardy

I am so glad you are here! My name is Juli Hardy, and I am the Instructional Coach at Finger Lake Elementary (FLE).  My role is to support teachers and students with academic, behavioral, and classroom management resources, in addition to serving as the testing coordinator for the school.  I get to work with both students and teachers throughout the day, and I enjoy building relationships with our school community.

My family and I moved to Alaska about 10 years ago and we made Palmer our home.  If I am not at FLE, you can usually find me in my garden, in my kitchen, or out enjoying Alaska.  My family and I love to get outside and explore by foot or boat!

I received my B.A. in Elementary Education and my M.Ed in Teaching and Learning from the University of Alaska Anchorage.  I also received my graduate certificate in Educational Leadership and hold a Principal License.  I have always been fascinated by how people learn and I am driven to stay on top of new research.  I feel strongly about supporting our teachers and staff as they are the key to creating a positive and functional learning environment.  I find that when students are excited about learning and willing to work hard they can be successful. I am here to support both student and teacher learning goals.

Please feel free to e-mail me at any time with questions or concerns at

Happy Learning!
