    Ms. Aho's 1st/2nd Grade Class

Welcome to the 2020-21 School Year!

    Knik Bridge

I enjoy teaching kids and watching them learn.  Each one is unique with different needs. I work with other teachers,  specialists, and parents to ensure students continue their growth in academics, social and emotional skills,
    and physical well-being.

I received a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Conservation and Outdoor Recreation from Northern Michigan University and a Master's degree in Education from University of Alaska Southeast.  This is my 18th year teaching in the public schools.  Along with my professional knowledge, I bring my love of family, outdoor activities, science, and  travel into the classroom and encourage students to share as well.

Learning is active and learning is fun.  I do what I can to make each day a new adventure!  Please contact me, if you ever have questions or concerns.  Thanks for your continued support.
