Physical Education Activities for the week of September 1st to September 4th. Activity Log due by Friday, September 4th.
Instructions
This week, please exercise for 30 to 45 minutes per day. Write your first and last name on your Activity Log. When you are finished with your exercise, please fill out what exercises you have completed, and how long you did each activity.
Below are some fun video activities that you can try at home, or you can continue to do your own workout. Don’t be afraid to try something new. I will add new videos each week to the selections.
If you choose to try a video workout, please make sure you write which one you did on your activity log, and include if you enjoyed it. Once you have completed your 5 workouts for the week, (on Friday), please have the adult that you live with see your log and then send your activity log to our Google Classroom.
Grading
Your P.E. weekly grade is worth 50 points (10 points per day). This grade is based on your Activity Log, which should be submitted at the end of the week.
