I will strive to give my personal best to this school and the people in it. I will be the positive change I wish to see. I will listen with my heart. I will smile. I will support. I will serve. I will look for the good in others. I will spend my time on solutions. I will be intentional in leading with purpose and passion. I will be a courageous, kind and thoughtful leader who serves as an example of excellence in school leadership. I will make good things happen for other people. – Mary McMahon
