    Leave Anchorage on 6th Avenue heading East.  This turns into Route 1 called the Glenn Highway.
     
    Follow Route 1 for approximately 40 miles to the Trunk Road Exit on the right lane.  (You will pass the exit for Palmer)
     
    Take Trunk Road Exit
     
    Keep Right off the ramp on to Trunk Road.  
     
    Go straight through the round-about.
     
    Stay on Trunk Road past the light on Palmer-Wasilla Highway, to the next round-about.
     
    Turn right at the round-about at Bogard Road.
     
    Turn Right into Colony Middle parking lot at top of little hill about 1/4 mile. 


    Directions from Wasilla and north

    Travel south on the Parks Hwy all the way through Wasilla to the Trunk Road Exit.
