    Family Involvement
The best way for families to get involved with the One-to-One Program is to ask your student about it. You can learn how Chromebooks are used in our school straight from the source. We encourage parents to talk to their student about their schoolwork and ask to see how their student is using the device. We also encourage parents to require their student to use the Chromebook in a common room of the house. Since the Chromebook’s purpose is to support education, the parents have every right to be fully involved in whatever is happening on the device.
Pathways may ask for parent volunteers to help during the check out and check in events that will be scheduled by the school. Contact the main office to inquire about volunteer opportunities. In addition, the school is considering hosting a family technology nights, in which outside presenters and school staff will provide information regarding Internet safety and ways to use the technology effectively. Check our Facebook page and school calendar for more information.
Parents can view the MSBSD Acceptable Use Form and other related district technology standards/policies at our districts website. Questions regarding this information can be directed to our main office.
