Factors that rule out admission . . . 

We want to ensure students can be successful at Valley Pathways. Sometimes we are unable to enroll students. Most likely, this is because:

• IEP or 504 needs or services can be better provided elsewhere.
• A student currently on a suspension or expulsion from any school cannot enroll while suspended or expelled.

Students with a history of discipline issues may be admitted on probationary status with a behavior support contract.
