Valley Pathways Referral Process

1. Referring person contacts parents to explain about Pathways and directs parents to the school website for further information.
2. Student and referring person access the Pathways website to complete the online application.
3. Pathways will contact the student and parents to set up a placement meeting
4. Parents and student will meet with staff at Pathways.
