    Career & Technical Education (CTE) engages students with Relevance, Rigor, and Relationship!

    CTE's hands-on approach to learning is geared towards technical skills attainment, employability skills and the 21st Century goals of:  Pursuit of Knowledge and Innovation, Information, Media and Technology Skills and Career and Life Skills.

CTE classes take place in your own building & some you travel to

    Each area high school has its own diverse offering of CTE classes, but did you know you can ALSO take any of the below listed district-wide CTE courses!    
    Watch this video to get a glimpse of these courses in action. 
    District-wide available CTE classes are usually offered in a single location.  Students travel to the course location if it's located outside of the student's home high school. 
      This magnet type delivery model supports rigorous offerings, with technical expert instructors, and facility which mirrors industry settings. 

    Be sure to let your counselor know what classes you are interested in signing up for!
