• Getting Back into the Swing of Things!
    As fall turns to winter, we will be working on some more traditional "sport" skills, in addition to our fitness activities.  
    We will be adding basketball skills into our repertoire in the weeks ahead, with a focus on learning how to control the ball while dribbling, passing, and even shooting hoops. Throughout winter, we will continue to work on our throwing and catching skills, as well as introduce some striking activities via hockey, tennis, baseball, and volleyball-type challenges. 
    If the snow sticks around, I look forward to getting our students outside for winter recreation. Living in Alaska, it's important to find ways to be active during our precious few hours of daylight during these long winter months. I hope to share some fun, snowy adventures with your children!
