This year Palmer High School’s Challenge Alaska’s ski/snow board trip is on Friday, February 19, 2016. We are leaving on a parent/teacher conference day and there is NO SCHOOL or BUS SERVICE. Your student will need to be dropped off at PHS no later than 7:15 am.
Students will self-advocate about their PHS Challenge AK trip opportunity and collect donation sponsorship from friends/family or businesses. The GOAL is for each student to raise $170, the cost of a full day lesson and $20 for bus transportation. No student will be turned away for not reaching the lesson goal, every donation helps to make this amazing opportunity possible! All meals are covered thanks to donations of food & supplies.The itinerary, day trip check list, Challenge Alaska ski/snow board packet, photo release form and field trip form will be provided upon the return of the sponsor form & money.
WHO: Students with disabilities selected who COMPLETELY turn in the following:
(1st) Sponsor form and checks (in the memo the student’s name) made out to Palmer High School turned in to Mr. Bonn.
Once the sponsor paperwork & money are received, then the student will receive the following:*Challenge paperwork *PHS field trip form *Photo release form
