The CHS Library is an official Passport Acceptance Facility and can provide notary services

You may pick up passport applications, renewal forms, or other paperwork in the Library, and you may also bring your completed application to the Library for processing.  For students 16 or older, a passport (good for 10 years) costs $110.  If you are under 16, a passport (good for 5 years) costs $80.  All applications also require a $35.00 fee to Colony High (this is the same fee you would pay to the Post Office if you went there). For more questions regarding passports or which form you should fill out, check out the US Department of State website. Save time and avoid lines at the Post Office!  Have your passport processed at CHS!  See Mrs. Haase In the Library if you have questions, or call 861-5538.  We are open to the public!

Please note, our acceptance facility does not take photos at this time, you will need to get your passport photos at another location before we can accept your application.

The District's Student Quick Links page provides access to students' Google accounts, the online Library catalog, and a host of other resources.
