    All students must meet eligibility guidelines in order to participate
    • All athletics 6th grade to 12th grade needs to be done at www.planeths.com Guardians will have an account and your child will need an account. UNTIL that process is completed registration will not be finished. 
    • Current physical on file (can not expire during sport season)
    • Insurance is mandatory
    • All fees must be paid. The following fees are for students that attend HJSH. 6th-8th grade $50  9th-12th grade $100.00 https://www.matsuk12.us/schoolpay 
    • Academic/Athletic Clubs = varies
