- Registration for the 2018-2019 school year will open June 4, 2018. Information for parents is available on the district website under Parent Quick Links > iEnroll.

Registration for 2018/2019
Parents with Students currently enrolled in our district and have an iParent account:How To Document for the Online Verification/Enrollment 1. Access the registration form through your i-Parent account. (District # 0033)2. Log in, select a student, click on "Registration Form" and follow our How To Document NEW to the district/Don't currently have an iParent Account: How to Documentfor the Blank Online Enrollment Form
1. Go to the main i-Parent Page and click on the "Registration Form" link on the left side2. Follow the instructions on our How To Document ALL students new to the district are to provide the following to the school prior to attending class:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Record in compliance w/ the State of Alaska School Immunization Requirements 3. Health Registration Form (Physical) 4. High School Students: Out of district transcript * If transferring, please make sure to fill out the student records request form for your previous school. ** Please note other sections of interest to the left - including our Student & Co-Curricular Handbooks. <style="font-size: 10pt;?="">** If you would like to create an iParent Account please complete this survey and our HelpDesk will email you instructions on how to do so. Online Registration is available through your i-Parent account for the 2018-2019 school year starting on June 4th, 2018. If you experience any issues with online enrollment, please contact the help desk at 761-4357 for assistance over the summer.
The HMS staff would like to encourage you to register your student as soon as possible and please register all of your students in the same family that attend any school at the same time; preferably no later than a week before the first day of school to avoid any delays in scheduling your student. Make sure to complete steps 1-3. Once you have completed the online enrollment, you will receive an email that your enrollment has been accepted starting on July 30th.
If your online enrollment has not been received by the schools registrar, your student may be delayed in starting classes on the first day of school. Please contact the school if you need help with enrolling your student.
If you have not received an email or connect ed message regarding your students enrollment, please contact the school to check on the status of your students’ enrollment. We will be available in the school office on Monday, August 6th through Friday, August 10th to assist you with registering your student or to answer any questions you may have.
