Coach Hebert and her Warriors rock their 5th win at state! They defeated Colony, West Valley and Dimond to get there. Additionally, these fine young women received the Academic Award for having the highest combined GPA of all the teams at state! Way to go Warriors, Coach Hebert, Activities Crew Rustad and McVeigh!!
Grad Blast is the safe, drug and alcohol free after-party for graduation that is sponsored by the district and United Way, but needs parent organizers. The MSBSD has two of the 11 showcase schools in the Flippen Group's National Showcase, Wasilla High School and Sherrod Elementary School. These schools are two of the pilot schools beginning the three-year District journey to building stronger relationships between adults and students in schools.
