SUBJECT: ** MULTIPLE SYSTEMS PLANNED OUTAGE**  


Reason for Planned Outage: Monthly routine maintenance.

Employees Impacted:  All users of the following systems:

  • SchoolMax Student System (i-Parent, i-Cue, i-Plan, ReportMax, SchoolMax)
  • MUNIS Employee & Business System (MUNIS Self Service for Employees and Vendors
  • Lenel Access System
  • Tyler Pulse
  • ShareSuccess (SharePoint)
  • Primero – Nutrition Services
  • VersaTrans – Transportation Services

 

Outage Duration: Saturday, March 5 from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon).
