The CHS Library is an official Passport Acceptance Facility You may pick up passport applications, renewal forms, or other paperwork in the Library, and you may also bring your completed application to the Library for processing.  For students 16 or older, a passport (good for 10 years) costs $110.  If you are under 16, a passport (good for 5 years) costs $80.  All applications also require a $25.00 fee to Colony High (this is the same fee you would pay to the Post Office if you went there).  Save time and avoid lines at the Post Office!  Have your passport processed at CHS!  See Miss Plunkett or Mrs. Winder in the Library if you have questions, or call 861-5538.  We are open to the public!
