Before the Thanksgiving Holiday the students of Glacier View were treated to a taco bar and a song and dance performed by the k-2 students. The ethic food feast is an annual tradition that takes place on the Wednesday before thanks giving every year, however, this year there was a special presentation in the form of an “I love turkey” song and dance. Parents now have a method to report online student absences. A written note or telephone call is still acceptable, but online reporting is easy through iParent. Parents know if the absence is excused and for what reason. It is a way for schools to accurately report and track data on student absences.
