Norm Rousey joins the CTHS staff with both teaching and industry experience. After College, Norm focused on the fitness industry and retail working as a personal trainer and salesman.  After returning to Alaska from the lower 48 Mr. Rousey began his teaching and coaching career.  Since then he has taught P.E and Health at Colony Middle School, Palmer High School and finally landed here at CTHS.

Norm is excited to be working with students who have a passion for athletics.  Some of the lessons that can be learned while working with a team are commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship and building a strong work ethic.  These are important attributes that will be displayed by both the students and staff within the CTHS Sports Medicine program.
