Welcome to the new Mat-Su Borough School District Website! 
It is our hope that our new site will be a helpful tool for you.  Please feel free to send corrections or suggestions to us using the following form. Website Feedback Form
SIGNING INTO THE NEW SITE
 
As staff members you will use your Novell Username and Password to log into the website.  A staff account will give you access to areas of the website that general public users will not have.  It will also allow you access to edit your home pages that have been assigned to you.  To sign in:
  • Choose sign in at the top right corner of the website.  This grey bar across the top of the page is called the My Start bar.  You do not want to register, that button is for the public only. 
  • Your sign-in name is your Novell ID.  This is the number you use to log into a district computer, i.e., your initials and a 5-6 digit number.  Use your Novell Password.  If you have any troubles signing in please use the Website Feedback Form to let us know.
 

CUSTOMIZE THE WEBSITE

  • Once you have signed in successfully you will want to access your info using the "ACCESS MY INFO" button on the My Start Bar.  By editing your profile and adding your address you will be able to take advantage of embedded Google Map features. 
  • You'll also want to edit your subscriptions by clicking "MY E-ALERTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS" and using the drop down menu to choose specific school sub-sites.  (You can choose to subscribe to any section within a school site but you must save your choices after each school site before selecting another location.)
  • If you would like to create a separate profile as a parent, so your child's school will have your personal email, please go to www.matsuk12.us/register  and follow the instructions.
